Read the airline’s wording

Power banks up to 100Wh may be carried without prior approval. Power banks between 100Wh and 160Wh require prior approval from the airline.

Where interpretation is involved

  • overhead bin: The advisory says power banks should not be stored in overhead compartments. We show this as an instruction to avoid overhead storage, not a separately established legal ban.

Conditions to check

  • Excess power banks must be disposed of before the flight.
From 1 January 2027

IATA’s standard changes the over-100 Wh allowance. We have not verified this airline’s implementation for every future flight. Check the scope of the 2027 change.
